Our Leadership Team

Mother Piper Loveless

Piper was born and grew up here in New Hampshire, learning to love the outdoors and meeting God in the beauty of his creation. She met Jesus at the age of ten and finds life in the Holy Spirit to be the most exciting adventure there is to experience. She loves to see the redeeming work of Jesus, setting captives free, restoring site to the blind and bringing restoration to her own life and the lives of those around her. One of the greatest joys in her life is being married to Ben, and doing life together as a family with their son and much loved Golden Retriever.

Piper’s journey following Jesus has led her through an undergraduate degree in Harp Performance from the Curtis Institute of Music, and a Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She found her home in the Anglican Way during Seminary and was ordained a priest in 2014. Piper served as assistant priest for Discipleship and Families at Imago Dei Anglican Church in Bangor, Maine before moving back to New Hampshire to be the lead planting pastor for Incarnation Anglican Church in 2018. She currently lives a bi-vocational life, giving a portion of her time to family and mission beyond the work of the church. Piper loves the uniqueness of each person’s story, and is always up for a cup of tea or a good walk to talk about life.

Deacon Kathy Winkfield

Kathy Winkfield and her husband Rich moved to Goffstown in July of 2024 to be close to their two children and their families. Kathy loves being in the lives of her five grandchildren.

Kathy has a BA in Sociology from Gordon College (MA) and a Masters in Theological Studies from Regent University(VA). Her ministry interest is in teaching; specifically in helping Christians understand just what they have gotten themselves into. Faith is more than just repentance and going to heaven. She has discovered, (after years of wondering what else there was) that she is, quite simply, deeply loved by God and seeks to let others know that they are as well.

She was ordained a Deacon in the Anglican Church in 2018. She served in that position at the Andover Community Church, Andover, NH until her move to Goffstown. She now serves as Deacon at Incarnation, participating on the preaching team, serving at the table with Piper as well as often managing the logistics of special services and events.

She is an avid gardener, having worked professionally as one for 13 years before retiring. Kathy also likes to sew, knit, and make “Nanna’s Whoopie Pies” for her family.

Kyle & Beth Hubbard

Beth serves as Incarnation’s Children and Youth Minister, where she oversees the church’s Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program. She deeply desires to see every child encounter Jesus as their good and loving shepherd. Previously, Beth taught English at Wheaton College (IL) until she left to focus on raising her kids.

Beth is married to Kyle, and together with their four children (Owen, Emily, Eva, and Micah) they joined Piper to help launch Incarnation in 2018. They are passionate about helping others follow the way of Jesus through participating in his mystical body, the church. Before moving to New Hampshire in 2012, they were members of Anglican churches in Illinois and Connecticut. They never thought they were cut out for church planting, but God clearly had other ideas.

Kyle teaches in the Philosophy and Great Books department at St. Anselm College. He currently serves Incarnation as a member of the preaching team and brings his teachings gifts to the leadership of our catechesis and confirmation classes. His goal is to help others love God in an integrated way, with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. Kyle and Beth pursue a missional lifestyle in Goffstown where they seek to be the hands, feet, and heart of Jesus in their neighborhood and town.

Matt & Becca Priebe

Becca Priebe and her husband Matt, and their two sons are natives of New Hampshire, growing up in Raymond and Deerfield. They joined the team to launch Incarnation in 2019, seeing this work as part of the missional lifestyle they were already living as a family.

Becca has a heart for worship and loves to use her gifts to usher others into the presence of God. She serves as the worship leader for Incarnation’s Sunday gatherings, and worship nights. She is also an amazing baker, cake decorator, interior design consultant, and mom. Becca loves to see people grow into the wholeness and freedom that Jesus has for them. Matt is a gifted mechanic and brings hope and restoration into the world through his ability to fix just about anything. Matt knows in his own life the freedom Jesus gives and wants everyone he meets to have a real encounter with God. Matt and Becca lead a missional lifestyle in Deerfield where they seek to be a safe place for people to be and grow. You are invited to come over, take a motorcycle ride, share a meal, hang out at the fire and get to know Jesus with them.
